Phirise data deletion

This page applies to Phirise, operated by Phirise, Inc. It describes how users can request deletion of account data collected through the Phirise web and mobile applications.

1. Sign in to Phirise at phirise.com/account?tab=profile.
2. Open the Profile tab in your account settings.
3. Select Schedule Account Deletion.
4. Confirm the deletion request. If multi-factor authentication is enabled, you may be asked to complete MFA before the request is accepted.

If you cannot access your account, email support@phirise.com from the email address associated with your Phirise account and include "Account deletion request" in the subject line.

When your deletion request is completed, Phirise deletes or anonymizes account data associated with your user account, including:

• Account profile and identity data associated with the deleted account.
• Workspaces, projects, goals, plans, conversations, and messages you created.
• Uploaded sources, documents, media, and generated workspace artifacts.
• Connected-account tokens and integration data controlled by Phirise.
• Mobile push tokens and client telemetry linked to your account, where applicable.

Account deletion is scheduled with a 30-day recovery period. During this period, you may contact support to cancel the deletion request. After the recovery period, eligible account data is permanently deleted or anonymized.

Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, billing, fraud prevention, security, audit, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes. We may also retain aggregated or de-identified analytics that no longer identify you. Retained records are handled according to our Data Retention and Disposal Policy.
